Tulane University's Anesthesiology Acid/base An excellent Acid/base tutorial. 
Physiology Practice Tests Practice tests in physiology from the Department of Physiology at the University of Arizona.

Cyberounds Requires registration (free).  The "conferences" section often contains interactive quizes and informational articles in each field of medicine. 
Medline (through PubMed) The National Library of Medicine's FREE searchable index of journal articles.  Includes ability to search CancerLit, AIDSLine, etc....  Same as linked under the UHS Library page.
Medscape Requires registration (free) - Designed for physicians.  Often has  cases, interactive quizes etc...  There is one entire section devoted to Medical Students.  Updates are posted frequently (some daily, some weekly). 
Study Skills help - KUMC The links to study skills, time managment and evaluation (read:  test-taking) are especially valuable - and written with the medical student in mind. 
Medical Terminology (basic) In addition to having a nice medical terminology section (definitions and origins), this page links to several pages that may be of interest to your patients too.
Searchable Medical Dictionary This medical dictionary is part of cancerWEB and the OMD.  It contains a search routine, as well as directions for downloading  the list for use by the spell checking feature of  Word.    It is an excellent resource.
